I managed to only work 5.5 days over the past two weeks, but I'm still trying to adjust to work again. Its hard waking up 3 hours earlier, sitting thru boring mtgs, and dealing with traffic. Not to mention having to shower EVERY day. And now eveyday I have to fight the urge to stand up in a meeting and say "who cares?". But after 5.5 days of work in two weeks, I get a whole week off, then two more days off the following week. And I just found out in the first 6 weeks of next year, I'll be in Ft Lauderdale, the south of Spain, Singapore and Vegas. Who has vacation and is going to meet me?? So I may not have to work a full week of work until Spring.

On wednesday and opening night, the computer geek queen, Cindy, who introduced me to Blogging and many strange internet sites, dragged me to the Lord of the Rings. It was good, but l-o-n-g at 3.5 hours. Definitely worth seeing for most of you in bad weather areas. This is the time you mooches should be visiting SD. On my off days, I've been running at the beach with no shirt in sunny & 70's weather. I also saw "The Last Samarui" & "Master & COmmander". Both were good, but Last Samurai was better, despite the reviews. Between the three of those epics, you waste about 9 hours.

Tonight, we're off to Cindy's for a Gigli/Glitter movie night. Can't wait to get drunk enough that they're both good. Especially after a long week's work. Because that place is GROSS too.
