Work Is FUN

Finally some time to sit down and blog about life. What's new?? Work is a grind. And similiar to Phogenix, Encad is GROSS. This past Monday was the 10 year anniversery of Kurt Cobain's death. I remember exactly when I heard the news, I was in State College, PA during my first year of my MBA in some dorky class. I remember being sad and more vividly, Jim Schmidt & Mike Perscherine making fun of me constantly asking if I was going to off myself and if I needed a support hot line.
This past weekend, I was set to buy a 2bd condo inland which I had originally planned to buy for $390 just two months ago already up from $350k. The last release I passed at $406k because I wasn't sure. But this week I was sure and ready to buy when I showed up and it was $443k. $443k for a 900 sq ft with neighbors on both sides and two stacked on top, with a shared garage and $250 Homeowners dues a month?? And its 8 miles in land from the beach?? Then I looked at my option of houses even further inland outside of San Diego for $600+ which was going into a bidding war. George is getting angry. San Diego real estate BITES. Opening day at the new downtown ballpark yesterday winning against my Giants. Weather has been perfect with beaches started to get packed. Made some great grilled Salmon, asparagus & risotto tonight with a nice Syrah but its not settling with Sim. All else is good, just waiting for my summer tourist season to invade my place. Rex & family are up soon.
